We practice and teach Hatha Yoga in the Sivananda style.
Our Yoga classes last for 1½ hours each and consist of a combination of postures, breath work and relaxation. Previous knowledge of Yoga is not necessary.
In the mornings and the evenings you have the option to participate in meditation with devotional chants, mantras and readings of the teachings of Swami Sivananda or other masters. We have a collection of books and videos about Yoga and spiritual development which we are happy to share with you. We are also always open for conversations about these topics
