Our vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared with the maximum amount of fresh organic products from our vegetable. We are also happy to cater for vegans and people with food intolerances and allergies. Here are some sample menus of our tasty and healthy meals:
BREAKFAST
Fresh juice, müsli, fruit salad, banana pancake (can be vegan) or vegetable omelet (vegan version available), fresh home baked bread, homemade jam, tea, coffee or herb tea
LUNCH
Organic brown rice with vegetable curry, lentil dhal, raita and homemade chutney
or ratatouille with garlic broccoli, organic brown rice or quinoa, and mixed garden salad
or Peruvian Saltado made with garden vegetable, served with organic brown rice, salads and a delicious chili sauce made with tree tomato
DESSERTS (all vegan and many are sugar-free)
Mango mousse
